Urban Salon seminar
Learning from China and Questioning China Exceptionalism: An interdisciplinary debate
I am organising the next Urban Salon seminar, which is to take place at the LSE as a half-day workshop. The event will provide a space for a unique opportunity to listen to academics working in various disciplines, who are to reflect on their own research and share their thoughts on how studying China has added value to each disciplinary understanding. Speakers include Professor Michael Keith (Oxford), Professor Fulong Wu (UCL), Dr Kean Fan Lim (Nottingham) and Leigh Jenco (LSE). For more details on the abstracts of their talks, please visit this page: http://citiesgeographylse.net/workshop-may-20th-learning-from-china-and-questioning-china-exceptionalism-an-interdisciplinary-debate/
